Drug paraphernalia found: A 30-year-old New Castle, Pa., man was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia Nov. 28 at 5:16 p.m. on Frost Road after police stopped his car because they said it had no headlights on. Police said the car had a smell of marijuana inside. No marijuana was found, according to police, but a glass smoking pipe with burnt marijuana residue was located.

Marijuana located: A 24-year-old Ravenna man was charged with operating a vehicle while under the influence of drugs, possession of drugs and operating a vehicle outside marked lanes. Nov. 28 at 2:53 a.m. on Route 14. Police said they followed the man's car from Route 43 on to Route 14, then stopped the man's car after it swerved several times outside the marked lanes, for which he was charged. After talking with the man, police said they smelled an alcoholic beverage. The man failed field sobriety tests, police said. Police said they also found a bag of marijuana in the car, for which he was also charged. The police report did not indicate how much marijuana there was.

Theft

Miscellaneous food items taken: A 25-year-old Cleveland man was charged with theft after police said he tried to steal $258 worth of miscellaneous food items and photos Nov. 25 at 1:32 p.m. from a Singletary Drive store. Store security personnel stopped the man after he passed the checkout areas, and he was held until police arrived.

Lost property

Wallet missing: A Streetsboro woman reported Dec. 1 at 8:48 a.m. that she lost her wallet in the area of a Route 303 business. The woman reported she searched the area with a store representative but could not find the wallet. She said the wallet contained $50 in cash plus a bank card and two credit cards. The woman reported she cancelled all her credit cards.
