Jewelry stolen: More than $5,700 worth of jewelry was reported stolen March 21 at 4:45 p.m. at a Bristol Lane home. Taken were six rings, a pair of earrings, a necklace and a bracelet along with a Colt Pocketlite handgun worth $350. Police said valuable electronics were not taken. Damage to front door, which was kicked in, was reported at $2,000.
Merchandise stolen: Police said an unknown male left a Route 14 store without paying for miscellaneous property. Police said the incident occurred Feb. 1 at about 1 p.m. and was reported March 20 at 8:30 p.m. The alleged incident was witnessed by a store employee. The report did not indicate what was taken or what the cost was.
Necklaces taken: Necklaces valued at $350 were reported taken March 19 at 8:44 a.m. from a Route 14 business, police said. There was no forced entry. Police are investigating.
