Charged with OVI: A 28-year-old Woodmere man was charged with operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol July 13 at 3:01 a.m. on Route 14. Police said they stopped the vehicle because it was not driving within marked lanes, for which the man was charged. Police said the man smelled like alcohol and failed field sobriety tests. The man also did not have a valid vehicle registration, for which he was also charged.

Possession of drugs: A 24-year-old Cleveland man was charged with possession of marijuana July 13 at 1:38 p.m. on Route 14. Police said they stopped the vehicle for an expired license plate, for which the man was charged. There was a smell of marijuana inside the vehicle, according to police, who said they found 10.5 grams of suspected marijuana in a glass jar in the trunk along with a burnt suspected marijuana cigarette.

Stolen vehicle

Car missing: A vehicle was reported stolen July 16 at 4:30 p.m. from a car dealership on Classic Drive. An employee reported the vehicle was not where it was supposed to be in the lot and could not be located. It may have been left in the lot unlocked with the keys in it, according to police. It was valued at $19,430.
