Robinson Memorial Hospital again has been named as one of the best 99 places to work in Northeast Ohio by the Employers Resource Council. This is the 11th consecutive year that the hospital has been chosen for the NorthCoast 99 Award.
It is designed to identify best organizational practices and serves as a model for regional economic development by helping organizations improve their ability to attract and retain excellent employees. Judges look for organizations with quality customer service, passionate and empowered employees and community involvement. NorthCoast 99 is a nationally recognized program that promotes Northeast Ohio's best workplaces.
"This recognition validates the many efforts our staff has made over numerous years to create an environment that makes Robinson truly a great place to work. Their dedication to Robinson and one another reflects the compassion they have for our patients," said Stephen Colecchi, president and CEO of Robinson.
The hospital will be recognized at the NorthCoast 99 Banquet scheduled for Sept. 18.
