n Fathers and their daughters, age 4-12, are invited to follow the yellow brick road and fly "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" at a dance Feb. 15 from 6-8:30 p.m. at a site to be determined.
The evening includes a buffet dinner, music by Audio Extremes and a keepsake photograph by Cheryl Taylor Photography.
The cost is $45 per couple, and each additional daughter's admission is $15 for residents. Register by Jan. 21.
NAPA, Defer, Jimyz partner on food drive
n NAPA Auto Parts, Defer Tire and Jimyz Automotive are teaming up for a holiday food drive through Dec. 20.
Non-perishable food items are being accepted at all three locations. NAPA Auto Parts is located at 9011 Route 14- Jimyz is located 8660 Route 14; and Defer Tire is located at 955 Singletary Road, behind the Walmart.
Donors will receive scratch-off tickets with a chance to receive $10 off on auto parts or services at the locations.
Food donations will benefit the Streetsboro Community Pantry.
