This is a fun and functional cardio workout that will improve each person's total body strength, core strength and balance while burning weight and losing inches. Whether a person is just beginning his or her fitness journey or is a seasoned competitor, this is a worthwhile class. Cost is $45 per session. Location is City Hall.
