Winter storytime to meet soon

The Pierce-Streetsboro Library is now accepting registrations for Winter Storytime. Soon, "Little Listeners" for ages 2 to 5 will meet on Tuesdays at 11:15 a.m. or Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m. Storytimes include stories, music, crafts, puppets, finger plays and flannel board stories. This is an excellent way to acquaint children with the library, foster a love for reading, and help them become "ready to read."

To register for these storytimes, call the library at 330-626-4458.

The library, located at 8990 Kirby Lane (next to the Streetsboro City Schools Administration Building), is open Monday and Tuesday 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., Wednesday and Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The library is closed on Thursday and Sunday. For additional information on library programs and services, visit Portage County District Library's online at www.portagelibrary.org.
