Magical Theatre Company, Northeast Ohio's professional resident and touring theatre for young audiences and families, opens its 2013-14 resident season with "James and the Giant Peach."
The play is directed by Holly Barkdoll, and features professional actors Adam Hoffman of Stow, Kristin Larsen of Chicago, Deb Lemire and Eric Lualdi of Cuyahoga Falls, and Mark Seven of Akron, as well as a talented group of young actor/puppeteers including Zachary Charlick and Ava Isabelle Wadley of North Canton, Gracie Kosco of Copley, Gio Palermo of Clinton and Martin Whitley of Akron.
"James and the Giant Peach" runs through Oct. 20 and is most enjoyed by families ages 5 and up. Performances are Fridays at 7:30 p.m., Oct. 19 at 2 and 7:30 p.m., and Sundays at 2 p.m. Tickets are $9 and $11 per person. Tickets can be purchased online at www.magicaltheatre.org.
