A Summit County woman who kicked a Streetsboro police officer during her arrest at the scene of a traffic crash at Route 303 and Route 14 in June 2012 has been sentenced to probation.
Lori L. Webb, 33, of Stow, pleaded guilty to assault on a law enforcement officer, a fourth-degree felony, in October 2012. On Jan. 3, Portage County Common Pleas Judge John Enlow sentenced her to three years probation, ordered her to get mental health and substance abuse evaluations and follow all the recommendations stemming from those evaluations, as well as find and maintain a full-time job throughout her probation.
Webb was accused of kicking Officer Stanley Siedlecki at the scene of the crash at Route 303 and Route 14 in June 2012, then again while she was being taken into the Portage County jail on Infirmary Road in Shalersville. She was indicted on the lone felony assault charge by a Portage County grand jury on June 7, 2012.
Siedlecki recently received the Streetsboro Police Department's Exceptional Service Award. He joined the department in 2010.
