$1.5 billion Turnpike bill a 'bad idea'

Gov. John Kasich's proposal to borrow $1.5 billion for road improvements and leverage that money against turnpike receipts is a "bad idea" that doesn't add up, State Rep. Kathleen Clyde told residents at a public forum Monday in Kent.
