Residents who own the home they live in and need additional smoke or carbon monoxide detectors are invited to send an application to the Streetsboro Fire Department.
The application is available at the fire department's Facebook page in PDF form.
The department is offering wireless, interconnected smoke detectors and carbon monoxide/explosive gas detectors to city residents who own the home they live in. No other requirements must be met. The detectors will be installed by the fire department. All of the information needed is in the application packet; however if a question comes up, private message the department on Facebook or call Streetsboro Fire Lt. Kevin Grimm at the fire station at 330-626-4664.
