Streetsboro residents are invited to apply for the city of Streetsboro's Fee-Paid Rubbbish program. Residents who qualified and were accepted into the program in past years must submit a new, updated application, containing all the required materials. The deadline for registering is April 25.
The first requirement is to provide proof of income for everyone in the household. This requirement may be satisfied by providing a copy of a federal tax return, public assistance payment histories, benefit letters from Social Security or workers' compensation or documentation of unemployment benefits paid. If applicants either had no income last year or lack documentation illustrating income, they should submit a signed statement, explaining how they maintained their household last year, including financial figures.
To be eligible for the program, applicants' earned income mustn't exceed 150 percent of the 2013 Federal Poverty Level Guidelines.
Applicants also must provide proof of residency by including a utility bill, phone bill or copy of a lease. The applicant's name should be somewhere on the bill, confirming residency.
