Sagamore Hills — A resident has filed a civil complaint in the Summit County Court of Common Pleas against the Nordonia Hills City School District alleging its agreement to sell 93 acres off Dunham Road for $1.6 million is invalid. School officials say proceeds from the sale, which they expect to close around July 1, are to be used to complete renovation of athletic facilities at Nordonia High School.
