Tom and Debbie Stockard of Streetsboro announce the engagement their daughter, Christine Stockard, to Chad Wilson, son of former Hudson residents John and Jinni George, who now live in Tucson, Ariz.
Christine Stockard and Chad Wilson both reside in New York City.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Streetsboro High School and earned a bachelor's degree in communications from Kent State University. She is employed by Forest City Ratner Co. Her fiance is a graduate of Stow High School and earned a bachelor's degree in communications from Kent State University. He is employed by Kantar Media Research Inc. A September wedding is planned in Cuyahoga Falls at The First Methodist Church. A reception will follow at the Sheraton Hotel in Cuyahoga Falls.
