Howard Hanna Smythe Cramer has record numbers at open house Homebuyers can take advantage of a special opportunity April 27, when Howard Hanna Real Estate Services conducts a record-setting 2008 open houses in one day. In addition, one lucky participant in the company's 2008 Open House Extravaganza will win $2,008 toward closing costs on a home purchase. The winner must purchase his or her home through a Howard Hanna sales associate, finance through Howard Hanna Mortgage, and close with Barristers Land Abstract or its affiliate. Entries for the contest will be available at each open house location. "We are providing an outstanding opportunity for those who are seeking a home to explore the variety of different listings that are available to them," said Howard W. "Our company plans to bring as many buyers and sellers together as possible within the convenience of one afternoon to create a win-win situation." Chamber raffle benefits scholarships Support a college-bound high school student and get a chance to win $100 per month and $500 at Christmas by participating in the Streetsboro Area Chamber of Commerce's raffle. There are fewer than 200 $20 tickets available. Money raised supports the Streetsboro Chamber Scholarship fund. Drawings are June 1 through May 31, 2009. 'Coffee 'N Contacts' Coffee 'N Contacts, an opportunity to drink some free coffee and meet business people, meets every other Tuesday at 8 a.m. at Arabica, located at Liberty Corners Plaza on Market Square Drive, just off Route 43.
