Former Deacon at Twinsburg Church of Christ
Richard Lee Marder, 51, of Twinsburg, died March 17, 2008.
Mr. Marder was a beloved husband, father, brother and friend. He is survived by his wife, Bonnie (Harper) Marder; sons Brandon Marder and Brent Collier; brothers Bob Marder, Ray Marder and Jay Marder; and sister Sharon (Marder) Schreck.
Mr. Marder was preceded in death by his mother, Bernice Bunch.
Today there is one less NASCAR fan, one less carpenter, one less friend to stray animals. There also is one less servant in Christ's church. Mr. Marder was a deacon at Twinsburg Church of Christ prior to moving to Portage County, where he then became a member of The Maplewood Christian Church in Ravenna.
Friends and family conveyed their condolences March 22 at The Maplewood Christian Church in Ravenna. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to assist Bonnie Marder can be sent to The Maplewood Christian Church, at 7300 State Route 88, Ravenna 44266.
