Larry G. Calton, 56, of Streetsboro, died Jan. 3, 2010.
Born May 23, 1953 in Cleveland to Paul and Norma (Murphy) Calton, Mr. Calton was a U.S. Army veteran of Vietnam, has lived most of his life in Streetsboro, worked as a mechanic and was a member of AARP.
Survivors include his parents of Streetsboro; daughter Brandi (Brad) McCain of Mt. Pleasant, Tenn.; three grandchildren; sisters Linda Childers of Atwater and Lisa Swartout of Ravenna; and a brother Michael Calton of Streetsboro.
Mr. Calton was preceded in death by his brother Richard L. Calton.
A funeral service took place at Shorts-Spicer-Crislip Funeral Home's Streetsboro Chapel with the Rev. Brian Oglesbee officiating. Interment followed at Evergreen Cemetery in Streetsboro.
