Each family was given a basket of food, a basket of household items, and a bag of presents for the children. The Mark Powell family donated money in memory of the late Carla Powell; members of the church provided gifts for the children from an Angel tree of needed gifts; and a visit was given to the families by those delivering baskets. Theresa Kiser, children's director, led the outreach and the deliveries to homes.
