Marian R. Brastine (nee Krejci), 83, of Streetsboro, formerly of Solon, died March 13, 2008.
Born Sept. 25, 1924 in Cleveland to the late Joseph and Mary (nee Volk) Krejci, Mrs. Brastine graduated from Jane Adams High School.
Mrs. Brastine raised a family in Solon and moved to Streetsboro in 1992.
Mrs. Brastine is survived by her daughters Shirley (William) Smith and Judy (Thomas) Elwood; her son James (Kriss) Brastine; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert J. Brastine Sr.; son Robert J. (Donna) Brastine Jr.; sisters Adele, Dorothy, and Henrietta; and brother George.
Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated March 17 at St. Joan of Arc Church, 8894 Route 14.
