Michael L. Pawlak, 33, of Aurora, died Jan. 22, 2013, in his home. He was born on June 13, 1979 in Cleveland, a son of Larry and Kathy (Puchalski) Pawlak, of Aurora.

He was a member of the Streetsboro American Legion Post No. 685. He was the best son, brother and friend one could ever hope for and one of the funniest guys around.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Pawlak is survived by his sister, Carrie (Mike) DePrima of Streetsboro.

Calling hours took place Jan. 27 at the Shorts-Spicer-Crislip Funeral Home's Streetsboro Chapel.
