Hostess at Bob Evans Restaurant

Alice Ann Rudy, 70, died Feb. 22, 2013.

Born in Gilmer County, W. Va. on Nov. 2, 1942 to the late Perry and Goldie Parsons, Mrs. Rudy recently she worked as a hostess for Bob Evans Restaurant in Streetsboro. She liked to fish, dance and visit the casinos. Some of her favorite trips were to the floating casino in Lawrenceburg, Ind. She also loved to garden and enjoyed her flowers.

Mrs. Rudy is survived by her husband of 24 years, George Rudy; her son Perry (Melissa) Tice; grandson Hunter; and her siblings Eugene Parsons, Tommy Parsons and Carmella (Ron) Corpening.

She was preceded in death by daughters Christine Mazzola and Angela Merrill; sister Stellia; and brother Eddie.

A funeral service took place Feb. 26 at Wood-Kortright-Borkoski Funeral Home in Ravenna. Interment followed at Grandview Cemetery.
