Globetrotters coming
to Cleveland
The Harlem Globetrotters are scheduled to visit Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland Dec. 27 at 7 p.m.
Fans will decide the rules for the game that could affect the final outcome.
This could be anything from playing with two basketballs at once, to getting double the points for each basket made.
Tickets start at $20 and are available at www.theQarena.com.
Tickets also are available at the Quicken Loans Arena box office, or by phone at 888-894-9424 and at any one of 58 northern Ohio Discount Drug Mart stores.

Junior Olympic club hosts tryouts
The Buckeyefire Junior Olympic Volleyball Club is offering tryouts at Nordonia High School.
The tryouts are scheduled to take place Nov. 17 and 18 for its 16-and-younger and 17-and-younger girls teams. The tryouts are set to take place from 1 to 4 p.m. Players only need to attend one of the tryouts.

Hoops scheduled
The Streetsboro basketball program is scheduled to host its annual alumni basketball game Nov. 21 at 6 p.m.
