Hudson routs Streetsboro boys basketball team

The Streetsboro boys basketball team fell to 3-4 on the season after losing a commanding 81-48 decision to Hudson Dec. 27 during the Hudson Holiday Tournament at Hudson High School's Ray "Buck" Hyser Gymnasium.

Zack Brandy led the Explorers (5-2) with 15 points and Kevin Zullo added 14 points. A total of 15 players scored for Hudson, which is set to play Medina, a 63-57 winner over Chagrin Falls Kenston in the championship game Dec. 29 at 7:30 p.m.

Streetsboro, which got a game-high 17 points from Paul Jenkins, is scheduled to play Kenston in the consolation match Dec. 29 at 6 p.m.
