The host Streetsboro girls basketball team fell to 3-11 overall and 2-7 in the Portage Trail Conference Metro Division rival Ravenna Jan. 16.
The Lady Ravens improved to 9-6 overall and 6-2 in the division.
Ravenna jumped out to a 29-6 lead and never looked back. Deja Sanders scored a game-high 16 points for the Lady Ravens. Moe Moe Smith added 10 points for Ravenna. A total of nine players scored for the Lady Ravens.
Allison Targosky and Mikaela Dombrowski led the Rockets with nine and eight points, respectively. Ravenna also posted a 39-27 win in the junior varsity contest.
