The Streetsboro football team improved to 4-1 overall and 2-0 in the Portage Trail Conference County Division with a 34-10 victory over Southeast Sept. 27 on the road.
The Pirates (2-3, 0-2) had a 10-7 lead at halftime. The Rockets had a 19-12 edge in first downs and 317-243 advantage in rushing yards.
Sonny Canfield got Southeast on the board with a 22-yard field goal with 3 minutes, 9 seconds remaining in the first quarter.
The Rockets came right back when quarterback Jerry Judd scored on a 19-yard run. Spencer Deevers added the first of his four point after tries.
But the Pirates regained the lead when Shayne Meadows caught a 15-yard touchdown pass from quarterback Jordan Krych. Canfield added the extra point to give Southeast a 10-7 lead with 10 seconds left.
It was all Streetsboro in the second half.
Prince Franklin gave the Rockets a 14-10 lead with 1:15 lead in the third quarter. Judd added 42- and 31-yard TD runs in the fourth quarter and Johnathan Williams added a 9-yard run.
Judd finished with 157 yards on 10 carries.
