Streetsboro boys hoops team snaps three-game losing streak

The host Streetsboro boys basketball team improved to 7-3 overall and 5-0 in the Portage Trail Conference County Division after earning a 59-44 victory over Waterloo Jan. 10.

The Rockets outscored the Vikings (2-8, 1-5) 22-11 in the fourth quarter after Waterloo got back in the game in the third period. Streetsboro had a 32-25 lead at halftime.

Jerry Judd led the Rockets with 18 points and Reggie Dublin and Paul Jenkins added 14 and 13 points, respectively, for Streetsboro.

The Rockets snapped a three-game losing streak.
