Streetsboro boys hoops team holds off Nordonia

Clutch foul shooting in overtime sparked the host Streetsboro boys basketball team to a thrilling non-league 62-58 overtime victory over Nordonia Feb. 18.
The Rockets' Daniel Sapp canned a bucket with 2 seconds left in regulation to send the contest into overtime.
Jerry Judd hit a driving layup in the extra period, Devin Rencher converted 4 of 4 charity tosses and Reggie Dublin made 2 of 2 at the line to close out the Knights.
Both teams scored 50 points from the field, but the Rockets won the game at the foul line, converting 12 of 20 compared to 8 of 13 for Nordonia.
Dublin led all scorers with 19 points, while Sapp (13 points), Judd (12) and Rencher (11) were all in double figures for Streetsboro (14-7).
Eli Linder paced the Knights with 18 points.
