The Streetsboro boys cross country team placed 11th with 272 points at the 13-team 2014 Billy Goat Challenge Aug. 23 at Woodland Park in McDonald.
Sugarcreek Garaway won the competition with 49 points and Crestwood (63) and Woodridge (73) finished second and third, respectively.
Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy's Ryan Adams defeated 178 other runners to win the race in a time of 17 minutes, 1 second.
Jake Suttell led the Rockets with a 41st-place time of 19:45.7.
Rounding out the top five for Streetsboro were Alec Bindus (42nd, 19:47.9), Jake Gould (70th, 20:55.2), Bailey Deevers (75th, 21:05.6) and Tyler Garman (76th, 21:06.7).
Three girls also participated for the Rockets.
Meghan Westerh led the way with a 39th-place time of 23:37.8 and Rachel Woods was next in 68th (25:18). Also competing for Streetsboro was Madison Westerh (87th, 26:18.5).
