Chapel offers adult Bible groups

There are three adult Bible fellowship groups offered at the Chapel at Tinkers Creek, which is located at 9709 Page Road.

Studying God’s Story is aimed at a variety of age groups, from those in their 20s on up. The group is led by Gary Pease, garypeas@aol.com, and Dave McVay, davechrismcvay@gmail.com.

Seasons of Adult Life Transitions is geared toward young adults and newlyweds and is led by John and Megan Grimm, johnandmegangrim@yahoo.com.

Both of those groups meet from 9:30 to 10:15 a.m. each Sunday.

Women’s Ministry meets at two times each Monday at the church, 12:30 p.m. or 7 p.m.

The Rev. Dave McClellan leads a Men’s Ministry group which meets at Aurora’s Starbucks each Monday at 4 p.m. Every fourth Saturday of the month, the group has breakfast at the church at 9:30 a.m. and talks about marriage, work and the meaning of success.

Poinsettia memorials available

Know a friend, family member or community figure worthy of being remembered in a memorial? St. Joan of Arc is offering the opportunity to create a living memorial to someone this holiday season through the purchase of a poinsettia which will be placed with others in the sanctuary during the Christmas season. Faith Student Ministry meets Sundays

Faith Student Ministry, Faith Baptist Church of Streetsboro’s youth group for seventh- through 12th-graders, meets Sunday evenings from 6 to 7:15 p.m.

The group’s meetings include singing, praying, Bible study and other fun activities. The group also organizes monthly outings just to have fun. For more information, email bdmcmike@juno.com.

Imagination Station gets new director

Imagination Station Daycare and Preschool has a new director, Trish Rittenour.

Rittenour has worked with children for 14 years, including five at Streetsboro Church of God, where Imagination Station Daycare is based.

Her background in early childhood education enables her to provide children with a nurturing, fun and education experience.

Pastor Michael Rice and Ira Clark will work with Rittenour at Imagination Station.

Eighty-four children are enrolled in the preschool. For more information, call 330-626-2735.
